Peter Hecker
I grew up in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Germany before coming to the south of France in 2000. Since then I have worked as an IT technician on several superyachts but I have never left the port of Monaco. I was academic at school and particularly enjoyed the sciences and IT, so my job doesn't surprise my friends and family. If I weren't doing this, I would have wanted to be an adventurer or an explorer as I love to be in contact with nature, whether mountain climbing, trekking through forests or diving in the ocean. Given my international upbringing I particularly enjoy working with such a diversely international team, although if I miss one thing from my years in Germany it would be the food... particularly my favourites - Milchreis and Kaiserschmarrn.
