I never worked on a superyacht but if I did it would be as a chef. A lot like working in IT, the chef's job is to work hard providing an essential service but out of the spotlight. And yes, being a Yorkshire man, Yorkshire puddings would be at the top of my menu. I'm not that into my watersports, I prefer to be on my feet and on land. As a kid I wanted to become a Ninja or a Stuntman but nowadays I am more Fred Astaire than Jackie Chan - I take dance classes every week in Nice because I think every gentleman should be nimble on his feet. My real passion though is table tennis. I support a Chinese player named Wang Hao, table tennis’s answer to Roger Federer. When I travel, I don't like being a tourist - I prefer to get off the beaten track wherever I can (Armenia is next on my list).
